Rules that keep the Chalo! Sawaari community moving safely.
By using the Chalo! Sawaari platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Overview
Chalo! Sawaari provides a technology platform that connects independent Rickshaw drivers with passengers. We do not provide transport services ourselves; instead, we facilitate the booking and negotiation process through our application.
2. Digital Negotiation
Fares are determined through a dynamic bidding process. Once a bid is accepted by the passenger, it constitutes a binding agreement for that specific ride. Both parties are expected to honor the accepted fare without further negotiation outside the platform.
3. Ride-Sharing
Passengers opting for shared rides agree to share the vehicle with others as matched by our algorithm. Safety protocols, including verified identities, apply to all members of a shared journey.
4. Conduct
All users (Riders and Captains) must treat each other with respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate suspension from the platform.
5. Liability
While we strive for the highest safety standards, Chalo! Sawaari is not liable for the actions of independent third-party drivers. We provide insurance cover as per local regulations for all app-booked journeys.
